If you receive stickers that have a clear defect and the fault lies with us, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can address it. To report a problem, fill out the contact form below with your name, order number, and pictures that illustrate the defect. This way, we can thoroughly investigate the problem and find an appropriate solution, whether it is a new product, refund, or credit. We always try to get back to you within 48 hours - Monday to Friday. 

Incorrect orders must be submitted to us no later than 14 days after you have received your delivery. Please note that we do not approve returns or complaints that have not had prior contact with our customer service.

We do not perform any reprints or refunds for errors such as ordering the wrong size, deviations in design, or changed opinions about the order. Minor deviations may occur and the colors in the product preview, color charts, and in the design tool may appear differently depending on the screen. This is not accepted as valid reasons for complaints. Ensure that everything is correct before ordering your stickers and check the final size clearly displayed on the website.
