Confirmation

When we have received your order, we will send a confirmation via email, which also serves as a receipt for your purchase. Once your order has been packed, we will send a delivery confirmation via email. We recommend keeping the confirmations in case you need to contact our customer service later.

Credit Card Payment

For credit card payments, we partner with Klarna, and the transaction is processed in Klarna Checkout. 

Klarna

You can also pay with Klarna, using the payment options Klarna offers in your country. When you pay with Klarna, Klarna may perform a credit check.

In the checkout, you will find Klarna's own terms and conditions. You agree to these terms by completing your purchase. If payment is late, a reminder fee, late-payment interest, and any collection costs will apply. These charges are set by Klarna's terms and conditions, not by Stickerloco. Delivery Terms

Prices on our website do not include local taxes (GST/HST) or customs duties. These may be charged on delivery. If shipping costs apply, this is clearly stated at checkout.

We ship with DHL, and your package is delivered to the address you provide at checkout.

We reserve the right to take measures for any delays that may occur due to suppliers and DHL. Delivery times may be longer, especially during holidays and promotions. We appreciate your patience.

You have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of a delivery delay, provided that your order has not yet been produced or shipped. Once your order has left our warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible to recall the package. It will then be delivered by DHL.

If a package containing custom-designed products cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will wait 2 months for you to contact us. If we do not hear from you within this period, the products will be discarded and you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you discover shipping damage, you should immediately file a claim with the carrier at the pickup location and then contact us via email with the subject line "Transport Damage" and your order number.

Stickerloco.com delivers worldwide. Delivery time is 2–6 business days in Sweden, 4–7 business days in the rest of the EU and up to 10 business days outside the EU. 

In circumstances beyond Stickerloco's control, known as force majeure, such as natural disasters, power outages, or labour disputes, Stickerloco is released from liability towards you.

Right of Withdrawal

All Stickerloco products are made to your specifications – with your design, size, shape and material. Custom-made products therefore cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once production has started.

As long as production of your order has not started, you can cancel it free of charge. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

This does not affect your rights if a product is defective (see “Claims”).

Claims

It is important that you carefully inspect all products upon delivery. If any of your products were damaged in transit, or you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service immediately. 

Report a defect within a reasonable time after you discover it. Two months from discovery is always considered a reasonable time. To report a problem, send an email with your name, order number, and photos illustrating the issue, along with “Claim” in the subject line. This way, we can thoroughly investigate and find an appropriate solution. We compensate for faulty products. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your claim, please contact us first so we can find a solution together.

Preview images are a close but not exact representation of the final product. Minor deviations may occur, and colours in product images, colour charts, and our design tool may look different depending on your screen. Please note that colour differences are not accepted as valid grounds for a claim. We appreciate your understanding.

Even though we strive to provide high-quality custom-designed stickers, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise. Our customer support is here to help you receive the service you expect. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're always happy to help with any concerns about your stickers.

Liability

Our liability for any losses or damages arising in connection with your order from our website is limited to the total amount of the order.

In order for us to process your order, we need to register, manage, and store the personal data you provide to us.

Stickerloco.com uses cookies. Necessary cookies are needed for the cart, the market and the checkout to work. We only use cookies for statistics and marketing if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Age Limit

If you are under 18 years old, you must have consent from your guardian to place an order on our website.

Inappropriate Content

We reserve the right to remove images or text that are illegal, offensive, indecent, racist, threatening, or religiously offensive.

Fraud

Stickerloco reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. If fraud is suspected, we will contact the police. All cases of fraud are reported to the police.

Copyright

By placing an order, you as the customer confirm that you have all necessary rights for the use, publication, and sharing of the data provided, especially concerning text and image materials. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your product does not infringe upon anyone else's intellectual property rights and does not violate applicable laws. The customer indemnifies Stickerloco against all claims that others may bring against us in connection with infringements of third-party rights, especially copyrights, that may arise through the use of the transferred data. The customer agrees to ensure that Stickerloco does not need to handle such claims.​

By ordering from and using our website, you agree not to copy, sell, or exploit any part of our content for commercial purposes. The services we provide on the website are protected by copyright.
