When we have received your order, we will send a confirmation via email, which also serves as a receipt for your purchase. Once your order has been packed, we will send a delivery confirmation via email. We recommend saving the confirmations to facilitate any future contact with our customer service.

Credit Card Payment
For credit card payments, we collaborate with Klarna and the transaction takes place in their Klarna Checkout module.
Invoice
When paying by invoice, we reserve the right to perform a credit check through our partner Klarna. The invoice is sent by mail and is to be paid via bank giro, payment must be received by us within 14 days from the day we send your order.
In the checkout, you will find Klarna's own terms and conditions. You agree to these terms by completing your purchase. In case of delayed payment, a reminder fee as well as default interest and possible collection costs will apply; Stickerloco does not cover these, as they are Klarna's terms and conditions. For payment inquiries, we refer you to Klarna.
Delivery Terms
Our website always includes VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. If shipping costs apply, this is clearly stated at checkout.
We deliver your package directly to your mailbox. If the mailbox cannot accommodate the package, it will instead be redirected to your nearest post office, where you have the option to pick it up.
We reserve the right to take measures for any delays that may occur due to suppliers and Postnord. Especially during holidays and promotions, longer delivery times may occur, and we ask for your understanding.
You have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of a delivery delay, provided that your order has not yet been produced or shipped. Once your order has left our warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible to recall the package. It will then be delivered to your mailbox or to your Postnord office, and you have 7 days to collect it. If the package is not collected, it is returned to Stickerloco as "Not Collected." Please note that this is not considered a return. In such an event, a fee of 100 Swedish kronor (SEK) will be charged to cover handling, administration, and return shipping.
Exceptions are made for custom-designed products where returns are not applicable. If a return is received with custom-designed products and has not been collected, we will wait 2 months for contact from you as the orderer. If no contact is made within this period, the product will be discarded and you have no right to a refund.
If you discover transport damages, you should immediately file a claim with the transport company at the pickup location and then contact us via email with the subject line "Transport Damage" and your order number.
Stickerloco.com delivers worldwide. Specific delivery terms depending on destination are indicated under delivery times and are calculated at the time of ordering.
In circumstances beyond Stickerloco's control, called Force Majeure, such as natural disasters, power outages, or labor conflicts, Stickerloco is released from liability towards you.
Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for stocked products. For custom-designed goods, the right of withdrawal ceases upon the start of production.
Return Policy
For stocked stickers, we offer a 30-day return policy. To return a stocked item, please contact our customer service for instructions on how to proceed. Note that we do not accept returns that have not had prior contact with our customer service. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping and ensuring that the products are delivered in the same condition as they were received.
For custom-designed stickers, the right of withdrawal does not apply and returns cannot be refunded. We ask you as a customer to double-check your order before placing it to ensure that the design and specifications are correct.
Claim
It is important that you carefully inspect all products upon delivery. If any of your products have been damaged during transport, or you have received a defective or incorrectly shipped product, we ask you to immediately contact our customer service.
Claims must be made within 14 days. To report a problem, send an email with your name, order number, and photos illustrating the issue, along with “Claim” in the subject line. This way, we can thoroughly investigate and find an appropriate solution. We compensate for faulty products and follow the recommendations of the General Claims Board.
Visualized images are only an almost exact preview of the final product. Minor deviations may occur, and the colors in product images, color maps, and in the design-yourself tool may appear different depending on the screen. Please note that any color differences are not accepted as valid reasons for claims. We appreciate your understanding.
Even though we strive to provide high-quality custom-designed stickers, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise. Our customer support is here to help you receive the service you expect. Liability
Our liability for any losses or damages arising in connection with your order from our website is limited to the total amount of the order.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your product does not infringe upon anyone else's intellectual property rights and does not violate applicable laws. The customer disclaims Stickerloco from all claims that others may direct towards us in connection with infringements of third-party rights, especially copyrights, that may arise through the use of the transferred data. The customer agrees to ensure that Stickerloco does not need to handle such claims.
