To report a problem, please fill out the contact form below with your name, order number, and images illustrating the defect. This allows us to thoroughly investigate the issue and find an appropriate solution, whether it's a replacement product, a refund, or a credit. We strive to respond to you within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Incorrect orders must be reported to us no later than 7 days after you receive your delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns or complaints without prior contact with our customer service.

We do not perform reprints or refunds for errors such as ordering the wrong size, design discrepancies, or changed opinions about the order. Minor deviations may occur, and the colors in product previews, color charts, and the design tool may appear differently depending on the screen. These are not accepted as valid reasons for complaints. Ensure that everything is correct before ordering your stickers and check the final size clearly displayed on the website.
