When we receive your order, we will send a confirmation via email, which also serves as your receipt. Once your order is packed, we will send a shipping confirmation via email. We recommend saving these confirmations to facilitate any future contact with our customer service.

Card Payment

For card payments, we collaborate with Klarna, and the transaction takes place through their Klarna Checkout module.

Invoice

For invoice payments, we reserve the right to perform a credit check via our partner Klarna. The invoice is sent by mail and paid via bank transfer; payment must be received within 14 days from the day we ship your order.

In the checkout, you will find Klarna's own terms and conditions. You agree to these terms by completing your purchase. In case of late payment, reminder fees, interest on arrears, and any collection costs will apply, which are covered by Klarna's terms and conditions. For payment inquiries, please contact Klarna directly.

 

Delivery Terms

All prices on our website include VAT in accordance with applicable laws. Any shipping fees are clearly stated in the checkout.

We deliver your package directly to your mailbox. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be redirected to your nearest post office, where you can pick it up.

We reserve the right to take action for any delays that may occur due to the supplier and Postnord. Particularly during holidays and promotions, longer delivery times may occur, and we ask for your understanding.

You have the right to cancel your purchase in case of a delivery delay, provided that your order has not yet been produced or shipped. Once your order has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. It will be delivered to your mailbox or to your Postnord office, and you have 7 days to pick it up. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to Stickerloco as "Not Collected." Please note that this is not considered a return. In such cases, a fee of 100 SEK will be charged to cover handling, administration, and return shipping.

Exceptions are made for custom-designed products where returns are not applicable. If a return is received with custom-designed products that have not been collected, we will wait for contact from you as the orderer for 2 months. If no contact is made within this period, the product will be disposed of, and you have no right to a refund.

If transport damage is discovered, you should immediately make a claim with the carrier at the pickup location and then contact us via email with the subject line "Transport Damage" and your order number.

Stickerloco.com delivers worldwide. Specific delivery terms depending on the destination are specified under delivery times and calculated at checkout.

In circumstances beyond Stickerloco's control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or labor disputes (Force Majeure), Stickerloco is exempt from liability towards you.

Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for stocked products. For custom-designed goods, the right of withdrawal ceases upon the start of production.

Return Policy

For stocked stickers, we offer a 30-day return policy. To return a stocked item, please contact our customer service for instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns without prior contact with our customer service will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping and ensuring that the products are delivered in the same condition as received.

For custom-designed stickers, the right of withdrawal does not apply, and returns cannot be refunded. We ask you as a customer to double-check your order before placing it to ensure that the design and specifications are correct.

Complaints

It is important that you carefully inspect all products upon delivery. If any of your products have been damaged during transport, or you have received a defective or incorrectly dispatched product, please contact our customer service immediately.

Complaints must be made within 14 days. To report a problem, send an email with your name, order number, and pictures illustrating the issue with "Complaint" in the subject line. This way, we can thoroughly investigate and find an appropriate solution. We compensate for incorrect products and follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Visualized images are only an almost exact preview of the final product. Minor deviations may occur, and the colors on product images, color charts, and in the design tool may appear different depending on the screen. Please note that any color differences are not accepted as valid reasons for complaints. We appreciate your understanding.

Although we strive to provide high-quality custom-designed stickers, we know that unforeseen problems can arise. Our customer support is here to help you get the service you expect. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we look forward to addressing any concerns you may have regarding your stickers.

Liability

Our liability for any losses or damages arising in connection with your order from our website is limited to the total amount of the order.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your product does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property rights and does not violate applicable laws. The customer releases Stickerloco from any claims that others may make against us in connection with infringements of third-party rights, especially copyright, that may arise from the use of the submitted data. The customer commits to ensuring that Stickerloco does not need to handle such claims.
